Refund Policy for Retreats
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the cancellation of your retreat reservation. Our refund policy is designed to provide financial security in such events.
Cancellations 45 days or more prior to the retreat start date: If a cancellation is made 45 days or more before the retreat start date, 50% of the retreat cost will be refunded to the participant.
Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat start date: In the event of a cancellation made within 30 days from the retreat start date, the participant will be entitled to an 0% refund of the purchase price.
Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 14 business days of the cancellation notification. If there are any issues with processing your refund, our team will contact you directly.
Please note that this refund policy applies only to the cost of the retreat itself. Any additional costs, such as travel or accommodation bookings, are not covered by this policy and should be considered separately.
To cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing by sending an email to our customer service department.
